After two fantastic years living in the UK, I had to say good-bye to Windsor in early February, as it was time for me to move on. Moving on, in this case, meant back to Germany, but also on to brand-new challenges: Braunschweig (or "Brunswick") is my new home, a city I knew next to nothing about when I arrived here. However, it has turned out to be surprisingly pleasant, so I'm starting to feel right at home here after only two short months. Please note my new address and phone number, then:
Im Gettelhagen 102
Obviously, moving house between two countries is tough at the best of times, and considering that both my husband and I simply adore (and collect) books, the logistical challenges were considerable. However, I've settled in nicely now and am looking forward to a bright future with many new opportunities here in the heart of Germany - including travelling to fairs and conventions I've had to forgo in the past. The first of these will be the LoveLetter Convention in Berlin on May 2 and 3, which I'm very much looking forward to. If you would like to meet me there, shoot me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can arrange a date and time. I'd love to meet you!
